James has a whole body integrated approach to his physical fitness training. Aiming to identify your weak links, he will work with you to strengthen those muscle groups, bringing balance back within your system. He has 10 years of teaching experience, and a multi-disciplinary approach of yoga, Pilates and fitness.
James’ yachting background ensures his ability to offer his services to very discerning clients, whilst fitting in seamlessly with existing yacht crew.
