Sarah has nearly 20 years of experience in teaching yoga, and over 15 years offering massage. Her massage is intuitive and client-led, and can include injury-rehabilitation, sports and deep tissue techniques, reflexology, as well as more relaxing modalities and breath work. Sarah is an advanced yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance, who enjoys inspiring students with a curiosity about life and a joyful exploration of their practice.
She is a well-travelled, fun-loving, positive individual with a well-rounded training in yoga, massage, health, well-being and fitness.
