OUR STORY
Angels On Board was established in 2014 by Emmeline Gee, whilst she was freelancing as a masseuse and yoga teacher on board superyachts. As her client list of yacht owners, Captains and charter brokers grew, Emmeline began to place other wellbeing therapists on yachts. It was a natural evolution for the business to also offer a niche recruitment service for permanent wellbeing staff for superyachts and private residences, which now makes up around 50% of our business.
We’re passionate about wellbeing, and finding good people good jobs!
THE TEAM
Founder and Chief Angel
Emmeline Gee
Emmeline’s passion for massage and yoga began in her early 20s; she trained as a masseuse in 2006, and did her Yoga teacher training a few years later.
She joined yachting in 2010, offering her massage and yoga services to private clients and charters until 2016 when she planted her feet firmly on land again to become a mum.
Now she gets enormous pleasure in facilitating other therapists to do their best work, and in optimising clients’ relaxation and wellness. She is passionate about self-development, life-design, and leadership.
When not working Emmeline enjoys functional training, walking and cycling in the mountains of Mallorca, and playing Lego with her son (she does a great ‘baddie’!).
Wing Woman
Olivia Rossetti
Olivia worked onboard yachts from 2005 to 2010, before moving shoreside helping to run a yacht management company in the BVI. Her experience in high-end guest services, business administration, and event management, now ensures the best support for our Angels and clients.
She recently undertook her yoga teacher training which complements her studies in holistic wellness and nutrition. She loves to integrate all these skills and support the Angels team in creating positive impacts and placements.
Her love of being outdoors often takes her out hiking, running, or going to the beach with her adopted ‘coconut retriever’, and on a rainy south Devon day she can be found getting creative with arts and crafts or finding a cosy spot for a hot chocolate, with cream & marshmallows of course!
Recruitment Angel
Lucy Bowditch
Lucy joined yachting in 2011, starting out as a stewardess, then becoming a chef, on prestigious private and charter Motor and Sailing yachts circumnavigating the globe for over seven years.
A welcoming and driven person, she loves interacting with candidates giving support and encouragement to take a new role or get their first role in the industry. Our yacht clients appreciate her honest summary of candidates and intuitive assessments.
Outside of work, Lucy loves travelling with her family, sailing, functional workouts, hiking, and running. Food is her passion - whether it's discovering, cooking and preparing dishes, or finding new restaurants.

Recruitment Angel
Zoe Koen
Zoe's yachting career began in 2010 and over the next two years she rose through the ranks gaining valuable experience in the industry.
Having successfully run her own business in South Africa, she discovered her talent for training and placing individuals within her company and honing her skills in connecting people with their dream jobs. Being a natural people person she gets a kick out of meeting new people and helping them find the perfect career fit.
Zoe cherishes spending quality time with her family in Belfast, and in her free time she loves exploring the beauty of the Irish coastline and thrives in the outdoors enjoying the fresh air and stunning scenery.
CARBON OFFSETTING
We offset the carbon of all our Angels' travel and we do this with a company called Yacht Carbon Offset. This service helps us to counterbalance our environmental impact within the superyacht community.
