Working as a superyacht stew/spa/masseuse/beautician and/or hairdresser can be lonely sometimes! Join our monthly Zoom to meet your peers, discuss issues, celebrate wins, and share tips.

Have you joined a professional body?
Even though the yachting industry can be extremely professional, accidents can happen and unscrupulous employers still exist. We strongly recommend joining either or both:

Nautilus International is a trade union and professional organisation serving, supporting and protecting the interests of more than 20,000 maritime professionals in the UK, Netherlands and Switzerland.

The Professional Yachting Association (PYA) is a non-profit association which was founded in 1991, and exists primarily to represent the interests of professional yacht crew around the world.
