Recruitment Angel (Part Time) 

 

An exciting opportunity to work with the leading wellness crew recruitment business in the Superyacht industry.

 

The Company

Angels On Board provides spa and fitness crew to the Superyacht Industry. Established in 2014, the company has steadily grown to become a leading supplier of wellness professionals for yachts. We offer both permanent spa and fitness crew recruitment consultancy, and a premium ‘Angel’ service providing the best wellness therapists for charters and guest trips.

The role is part-time, remotely working from home. We are a UK Limited company and the role is open to people resident in the UK.

 

Job description

 

Responsibilities

To conduct the following aspects of the recruitment process:

  • Candidate management: reviewing, interviewing and selecting candidates, checking references

  • Account management – managing recruitment clients and jobs, and also generating leads and new business

  • Assisting with occasional promotional events

  • Maintaining the candidate and client databases

  • Support the rest of the team with administration as needed.

 

Qualifications and skills needed

  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and Gmail (essential); Canva, CRM systems,  (ideal but not essential)

  • Experience in the superyacht industry (essential), and wellness and/or recruitment industries (ideal but not essential)

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with good grammar and spelling

  • Excellent telephone manner, confidence on the phone with clients and candidates

  • Great ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates

  • Eye for detail, high personal standards of work, and ability to work unsupervised

  • Organised, conscientious, honest, reliable and trustworthy

 

All training will be provided, plus a mobile phone and SIM card.

 

Working hours – 20hrs per week

Core hours: To be agreed – ideally Monday – Thursday 9am – 1pm (UK time), plus an extra 4hrs per week to be used flexibly depending on job requirements. 

 

Probation period – 3 months.

 

Package

£13,000 for a 20hr week, with extra hours payable at £12.50 ph, plus commission.

20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro-rata), which increases after 3 and 5 years’ service.
